Жилые дома 39.1 – 40 очереди застройки жилого района Европейский берег представляют из себя чередуемые по высоте объемы различной этажности, расположенных по одной оси вдоль улицы Водонасосная. Благоустройство и ландшафт данного проекта также имеют многоуровневую и сложную структуру. Это обусловлено, прежде всего, наличием рельефа и, как следствие, стилобатной части, на котором расположен внутренний двор.
