A building of office center is located close to a city parking zone. The central idea of this project is a formation of broken volume that causes various kinds of perception from various viewpoints. The volume consists of seven floors. There are commercial rooms, cafes, a viewing platform on the ground floor. Then office rooms follow. The main peculiarity is a through floor that is meant for landscape gardening and recreation zone; and the seventh floor presents an all in all pendant volume. This volume is meant for a conference hall, a café, a gym and display areas. Each floor is an individually conceived volume going with some displacement. And it makes clear diagonal faces appear.
