Urban Villa – is a residential house, consisting of the flats of flexible and so far rational planning. The satisfaction of the needs of various groups of people was the priority area in the designing of this building. The house consists of four floors with three apartments on each connected by common hall and a stairwell. First of all, it enables improvement of indoor house climate, kind neighbor relations and activation of social processes between all the house residents.
